GSR / Postdoc Position in Computational Biology / Biophysics

A graduate student researcher (GSR) / post-doctoral position in computational biology is available immediately with professor Subhadip Raychaudhuri in the biomedical engineering (BME) department at the university of California Davis. Work involves computational modeling of immunological processes to understand the mechanisms of antigen affinity discrimination in B cell activation. Another major emphasis in the lab is to explore various aspects of cellular signaling that leads to programmed cell death (apoptosis). Work will be supported by a NIH R01 grant on B cell activation.
